Support specialists are available to answer product, measurement, or ostomy needs related questions, via call back request, and are not available to provide 'customer service'. Customer service inquiries such as order status, order tracking, or order modifications for example, will be answered via email correspondence only.


We are closed on weekends & all major US holidays.
