Earlier this month we updated our tailoring & dispatching time frames to reflect delays experienced; everything from a decrease in staff to material delays.
With newly trained staff, delayed materials arriving, we will be returning to, and improving, the tailoring & dispatch time frames for both our custom tailored, and pre-sized, ostomy support products.
If your order was delayed, and you have yet to receive your update, please expect your automated shipping notification within the next few days, to notify you of your item(s) dispatching.
We greatly appreciate your patience. We are in the process of putting something together for those who have been patience with us, as a small business, while we navigated these difficult times. We will be making that announcement shortly.
