Track A Package


Order status updates are automated & are sent to the email noted on the invoice during checkout. Updated order status information can also be reviewed via your in-store account:

Manufacturing & dispatch time frames for individual products can be reviewed on every product page.
Tailoring business days are Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM AZ Time, this excludes weekends & US holidays.



Order Processed & Confirmed: The order has been received. Tailoring timeframes will begin the following business day. Templates & materials are cut within the first 3 business days for standard orders, immediately upon processing for any rush orders.
(ex: orders placed on Monday will be processed on Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday, or during the weekend or a holiday, will be processed on Monday, etc.)
• Orders will remain on Awaiting Fulfillment while awaiting manufacturing.



In Manufacturing/Quality Control: The order has entered manufacturing and is being tailored to the measurements & preferences noted on the invoice. Once tailored, items will be reviewed in quality control prior to being packaged for shipping.
• Orders will remain on Awaiting Shipment while in manufacturing & while awaiting quality control confirmation.



Order Complete: The order has completed tailoring & quality control. Completed items are packaged and scheduled for pick-up. Package will ship to the shipping address, & using the requested shipping method, noted on the invoice. Packages completed after the day's shipping pick-up will be picked up with the following day's shipments. Tracking information will be provided upon receipt/availability. Please allow 24-48 hours for shipping & tracking information to be updated.
• Orders will be updated to 'Shipped' when the items have shipped or are awaiting pick-up for shipment.
