Tailoring business days are Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM AZ Time, this excludes weekends & US holidays.
Order status updates are automated and are sent, to the email address noted on the order invoice, to provide an update regarding your order &/or to provide tracking information, allowing you to follow your order's arrival to you.
Processing | Standard Manufacturing in Progress | Rush Manufacturing & Fulfillment
The order has been received & is being processed through the manufacturing process. Tailoring time frames will begin within the following business day of placing your order.
(ex: orders placed on Monday will be processed on Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday, or during the weekend or a holiday, will be processed on Monday, etc.)
• Templates will be made & cut and materials will be collected & cut within the first 3 -5 business days for orders with standard manufacturing and immediately upon processing for any rush orders.
• Templates & materials will be placed in queue for tailoring, in the order received
• Materials will be sewn/modified to custom make the order, from scratch, with the measurements & preferences noted/requested on the order invoice
• Once tailored, all items are reviewed in quality control prior to being packaged for shipping.
• Orders will remain on the same order status throughout the tailoring process.
Pre-Shipment/Awaiting Pick-Up | Shipped/Completed
Order is complete and being reviewed in quality control.
• Orders will remain on this order status while awaiting quality control confirmation &/or tracking information.
• Pre-shipment information has been prepared &/or USPS notified of the upcoming shipment.
• Package is awaiting USPS pick-up from the facility. Packages that do not meet the day's scheduled pick-up times will be collected during the next scheduled pick-up. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available once picked-up for shipping.
